We supply 2 types of screen protector.
1. Phones with a curved screen will get a NanoTech Hydrogel Film Screen Protector - Full Cover.
2. Phones with flat-screen will get a NanoTech Tempered Glass Screen Protector - Full Cover.
We tested tempered glass screen protectors on curved screens phones and they weren’t as touch-sensitive as we'd like. Especially with models that have on-screen fingerprint capabilities, unlocking is not possible at times. Read more on it here. This is why we only recommend hydrogel film for phones with curved screen. Hydrogel films have incredible strength and they are not susceptible to cracks and scratches.
The installation should take place on a flat smooth surface (of at least 1 square meter) with minimal air flow. List of areas where the installation usually takes place are:
- dinning or living room table.
- public sitting area (including restaurants).
- along the corridor platform.
- inside a car.

We do not accept refunds as the job is of a service nature. You may highlight the presence of any bubbles or dust when our installer hands the phone over for your inspection, during which, a re-installation can be provided.
Orders are cancellable right up till the arrival of the installer. It is courtesy to inform the trained installer of your cancellation before he makes his way to you. To cancel the order, visit the app under records tab, and click on the relevant transaction ID - details of your order will be displayed with a cancel button available right at the bottom of the page.
